What we collect, what we don't, and how to get rid of it.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind — not on this website and not in our apps. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes. The only data we hold is what an app genuinely needs to work, and you can have it deleted by sending one email.

opencore.in sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, as any web host does.
Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of it. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the site remains fully usable.
Lucidity is a task manager, so it necessarily stores the things you put into it.
This is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon and served by an API running on Render. We do not read your content except where you explicitly ask us to for support, and we never use it to train anything.
Rewind runs entirely in your browser. It has no accounts and no server: your photos are read, laid out and rendered to a PDF on your own device, and are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We receive nothing at all when you use it.
OpenSociety has not launched yet. This policy will describe exactly what it collects before it is available to download.
We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes data only on our instructions:
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising or any other third party's own purposes.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and the associated content is removed from our live systems, and from encrypted backups as those backups expire on their normal cycle. To delete an account, email hello@opencore.in from the address the account uses and we will action it within 30 days — see the support page for the current in-app route.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or the EEA you also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Write to hello@opencore.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit, and at rest by our hosting providers. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for anything significant we will say so in the app or by email.
