The rules for using our website and apps. Plain language, no surprises.

These terms cover your use of opencore.in and the apps we publish — Lucidity, Rewind and OpenSociety. Using them means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use them. In these terms "we" and "us" mean OPENCORE, a sole proprietorship registered in India.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for their intended purpose. You may not resell them, reverse engineer them beyond what the law expressly permits, remove attribution, or use them to build a competing product.
Anything you create in our apps belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to store and display it back to you as part of running the service, and nothing more — in particular we do not use your content to train models.
Do not use our apps to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to store or distribute malware, to attack or overload our infrastructure, or to attempt to reach accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. You can close your account at any time — see the support page.
Our apps are currently free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be stated clearly before you pay, and purchases made through the App Store are additionally governed by Apple's terms and refund policy.
We work hard to keep things running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. If we discontinue an app we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Our apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Keep your own backups of anything important.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the revised terms.
