Email hello@opencore.in and describe what happened. We read every message and usually reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 IST.
If you are reporting a bug it helps enormously to include which app and version you are on, your device and OS version, and what you did just before it went wrong. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.
You can have your account and its contents deleted at any time. Email hello@opencore.in from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days; the content is removed from our live systems immediately, and from encrypted backups as those expire on their normal cycle.
Rewind has no accounts at all — it runs entirely in your browser and we hold nothing to delete. Clearing your browser storage removes any saved layout.
Lucidity — a task manager built around projects, nested subtasks and milestones. If tasks are not syncing, check that you are signed in on both devices and that the app has network access; if it persists, send us the approximate time it happened so we can find it in the logs.
Rewind — arranges photos as cards with automatic captions from EXIF data and tiles them onto A4 sheets for printing at home. Everything happens on your device. If captions are missing, the photos most likely have no EXIF location or date, which some apps strip when exporting or sharing.
